Cancellation Policy

At Norydexo, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be cancelled, your legal rights as a customer within the European Union, and how refunds are handled.

Before Your Order Ships

We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order and issue a full refund only if it has not yet entered processing, packing, or shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled directly. In that case, you may return the item under your statutory right of withdrawal if eligible.

14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any explanation.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a clear written notice before the 14-day period expires.

Returning Your Purchase

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, the products should be returned within 14 days.

Returned products should:

Be complete and include all original accessories.
Be returned in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Show no unnecessary wear or damage beyond normal inspection.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical retail store. If excessive handling has reduced the item's value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund where permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless we supplied an incorrect item or the product is defective, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping method, as returned parcels remain your responsibility until delivered to our return facility.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned products have been received and inspected, we will process your reimbursement promptly.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been mutually agreed upon.

Where applicable, reimbursement will be completed within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. We may postpone the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped back.

Products Not Eligible for Cancellation

The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including where permitted by law:

Personalized or made-to-order items.
Products manufactured according to customer specifications.
Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Other products excluded under applicable European consumer legislation.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours and provide:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
