Refund & Return Policy

At Norydexo, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition.

  • Has not been installed, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Is returned with its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

  • Includes any accessories, manuals, or components supplied with the product.

  • Is accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Has been approved for return by our customer support team before being sent back.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first for return instructions.

Return Approval

Before sending back a product, please contact our support team to obtain return authorization.

Returns received without prior approval may be delayed or may not qualify for a refund if the shipment cannot be properly identified.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photos of the packaging, when applicable

After reviewing your request, we may provide an appropriate solution, including:

  • A replacement item

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit, where suitable

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unless otherwise required by law, returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products manufactured to your specifications

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without essential packaging where resale value is significantly affected

  • Clearance or final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires. The returned goods must then be sent back within the period required under applicable legislation.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Norydexo will cover the return shipping expenses only when the return results from:

  • A defective product

  • Shipping damage

  • An incorrect item supplied by us

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for return shipments that are lost in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Most refunds are completed within 10 business days after approval.

Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after confirmation, we recommend that you:

  • Contact your bank.

  • Check with your credit card issuer or payment provider.

  • Reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, you may submit a return request if your order meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
